Walton County · ZIP 32459 — same-day springs, openers, cables & 24/7 emergency service.

Seagrove Beach is one of the oldest platted neighbourhoods on this coast, and Old Seagrove still looks it: magnolias and live oaks arching over modest mid-century cottages, with Eastern Lake anchoring the east end and some of the best public beach walkovers in South Walton scattered between.
It is the greenest place we work, and that canopy is the reason most of our Seagrove appointments happen. Trees and garage doors do not get along.
Three things come out of those oaks. Leaf litter, twigs and acorns collect in the bottom of the track until a roller starts riding on debris instead of steel. Every spring the pollen coats the photo eyes so thickly that perfectly healthy doors start reversing for no reason, and owners assume the opener has failed. And decades of shade keep the slab and the lower panel damp long after a sunlit garage has dried out. Add original hardware on plenty of these cottages — tracks, springs and openers with a safety reverse nobody has tested in years — and the visit is usually cleaning, alignment and a genuine safety check rather than a dramatic replacement.
From quick repairs to full installs, we cover homes throughout the area, including:
Track cleaning and sensor alignment go on every Seagrove visit whether or not anyone asked for them, because under this canopy they are the two things most likely to bring us back. On the older cottages we start with balance and a real reverse test — a surprising number of these doors have never had one — and only then talk about parts.
