We are a Santa Rosa Beach garage door company that works the 30A corridor and Walton County every day — springs, openers, cables, rollers, tracks, panels and full door replacements, with an exact number given in your driveway before anything is opened up.

We are based on Choctawhatchee Way, just off US-331, which puts us between the two halves of this market. South of us is the 30A corridor — Dune Allen, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton, WaterColor, Seaside, Seagrove, Rosemary and Inlet Beach — where a large share of the houses are rented by the week and the garage door is doing several times the work a family home would ask of it. North of us is Freeport and the year-round side of the county, where the door is opened before the school run and again after work, every single day. The same part fails for completely different reasons in those two places, and we stock for both.
This coast is genuinely hard on hardware. Salt-laden wind comes over the dunes and settles inside the garage; summer humidity keeps a film of moisture on it for months; and the fifteen coastal dune lakes along 30A hold damp air low over the corridor long after the beach has dried. Springs, cables and open roller bearings reach the end of their rated life years earlier here than the box implies. That is why coated and galvanized parts are what we carry, not what we upsell — anything else is a repeat visit with your name on it.
We do not publish prices, and we will not quote a number over the phone that we cannot stand behind. Door weight, spring size, hardware and access genuinely change the answer, so a technician looks at your door, tells you what failed and why, and gives you one written number to approve before a wrench turns. If a repair is not worth doing on that door, you will hear that too — we would rather lose the job than sell you two of them.
A large part of our calendar is booked by property managers and by owners who live somewhere else. That work has its own rules and we follow them: we fit inside the turnover window, coordinate access with whoever holds the keys, keep the alley or the lane passable, send photographs of what we found and what we fitted, and lock up behind ourselves. You should not have to fly in to find out whether your door was fixed properly.
One written price for the actual repair, approved by you in the driveway. No prices online, and no surprises on the invoice.
Coated springs, galvanized cable and sealed nylon rollers. Bare steel does not survive this air, so we do not fit it.
The door has to float at half-open and pass the reverse test with a board on the floor before we consider the job finished — and you watch it cycle.
Springs, cables, rollers, track and common opener parts ride on the truck, so most calls close the first time we come out.
Tell us what your door is doing and we'll call you right back. No prices online — cost depends on the door, parts, and size, so we give an exact on-site quote.
