Walton County · ZIP 32461 — same-day springs, openers, cables & 24/7 emergency service.

Inlet Beach sits at the far eastern end of 30A, where Walton County runs into the Bay County line. Nowhere on the corridor has changed faster. Modest older cottages still stand a street away from tall new construction, the 30Avenue development brought serious retail to the junction, and Lake Powell — the largest coastal dune lake in the state — sits on the eastern edge beside Camp Helen.
Most of what has gone up here in the last decade is income property, and the doors on those houses are being asked to do far more work than the specification sheet ever assumed.
The pattern is consistent enough to predict. Heavy insulated wind-rated doors were hung on light springs with plastic rollers and uncoated cable, and three to five years later all three parts reach the end of their honest life at roughly the same moment, street after street. Upgrading the spring set and the rollers on those houses is the single highest-value repair we perform anywhere on the corridor. Lake Powell then adds damp from the inland side to salt from the Gulf side, so uncoated hardware here is fighting on two fronts.
From quick repairs to full installs, we cover homes throughout the area, including:
We can usually tell which year an Inlet Beach street went up, and that tells us what is behind the door before it opens. Newer construction starts with a spring and roller conversation; the older cottages closer to the water start with a corrosion inspection. Either way the number is given in the driveway, not after the work.
